Hey Jess, the website does allow RSS feeds, though I notice we don’t actually have a link for it. Most RSS readers should have an option to add a subscription, where you can just enter in the URL (www.masticatedscience.wordpress.com) and it should be able to locate it.
I just tried it with google reader and it worked, have you tried something similar with the program you use?
